Safety on every trip
Experienced, trained guides
Nate & Becky Pelton bring over 20 years of Adirondack guiding. All guides hold CPR and Wilderness First Aid certifications; many have additional medical training.
First aid & communication
Every trip carries a first-aid kit and has a way to contact our headquarters.
Rafts & transport
Rafts are never overloaded. Our buses, vans and trailers receive annual New York State safety inspections.
Quality gear, no extra charge
Equipment is included in your trip price. Personal gear is washed after every use.

What to wear

Warm July & August days
Swimsuit or shorts and a T-shirt. Secure water shoes or sandals.
Spring & cooler fall days
Wool or synthetic layers under your wetsuit, warm socks and a hat. Avoid cotton.
No flip-flops, Crocs or bare feet.
Before you book

Age & river conditions
Summer trips may accept children from 6 with an adult. Extremely high water requires ages 18+ and rafting experience. Call to confirm eligibility for your date.
Life jacket & waiver
Wear the provided Coast Guard-approved PFD throughout the river trip. Read and sign the liability release before participating.
